Directions for Use

Always use at the first sign of a cold to get maximum benefit. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

Rub-On Method:

• Adults: Rub liberally onto the chest, throat, and back. Cover the whole area for maximum effect. Leave night clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
• Children over 2 years: Apply lightly to the chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Inhalation Method:

• Adults and children over 12 years: For deep action relief, melt two teaspoons of the ointment in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10–15 minutes.

• Do not swallow or place directly in nostrils.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not heat in the microwave or ever reheat the mixture.

Active Ingredients:

Levomenthol 2.75% w/v, Camphor 5.00% w/v, Eucalyptus Oil 1.50% w/v, Turpentine Oil 5.00% w/w. Also contains: Thymol, cedarwood oil, and white soft paraffin.
