• The UltraPro range is made of an exclusive lightweight material that can be used at temperatures up to 250°C and as low as -25°C and can be used in the freezer, fridge, microwave, and oven. The UltraPro 5.7 Litre Rectangle dish is composed of a 5.7L Base and a 1.2L Cover. The two items can be used either separately or together, combined in different ways for cooking in a conventional oven. Use the 5.7L Rectangular Base uncovered for cooking lasagne, moussaka, or dishes that are best served with a lightly browned or crispy topping. Add the 1.2L Cover to prevent dishes such as stuffed vegetable dishes or casseroles from becoming too dry in the oven. Use the 1.2L Rectangular Cover as a roasting dish for meat or as a shallow tray to cook oven chips, roast vegetables, poached fish parcels, or baked fruits. Rounded edges on the base improve heat distribution and reduce hot spots that can result in overcooking. Steam release vents on the sides of the dishes help prevent steam build-up and direct the steam away from you. Notches in the corners of the rim can also be used as a spout to pour liquid off dishes. The ergonomic handles ensure a solid grip when removing hot dishes from the oven with oven mitts. To facilitate opening of the dishes when wearing bulky oven mitts the Cover handles 'overlap” the cutout corners of the Base. It is recommended to lift the Cover by the corners. CARE

• Not for use under the griller. Do not use abrasive liquids or metal scourers. Do not use knives or sharp utensils. Not suitable for use in mini-ovens or on the stovetop. Scratches do not affect the performance of the product and are not covered by a guarantee. During cooking, if you need to open the cover, take care to open the cover in a way to directs the steam away from you. For best results, it is recommended to use the Silicone Spatula, as scraping the inside of the loaf pan with the Kitchen Preparation Tools may cause slight scratching. The material can withstand oven temperatures up to 250°C. For recipes requiring a long cooking time, regularly monitor the state of the food while cooking.
