Cook, stew, and roast dishes for 4 people with the Tefal Tradition Cast Iron Dutch Oven 24cm. The Dutch oven retains heat for a long time. That makes it ideal to prepare stews and roasts with. To get a tender result, the pan offers you 2 functions. The drip rings and the raised rim on the lid. Thanks to the drip rings on the exterior of the lid, the condensation falls back on the food. When you put some water or ice on the rim, even more condensation forms which results in an extra tender dish. With the enamel coating on the interior, you can sear meat without it sticking to the bottom. The Dutch oven is suitable for all heat sources and can go in the oven up to 250°C.
