Recette Muffin Banane Noir Extra

Ingrédients

  • - 200g de Poulain Noir Extra
  • - 90g de beurre demi-sel
  • - 2 œufs
  • - 1 banane
  • - 70g de cassonade
  • - 100g de farine
  • - 50g poudre noisette
  • Étape 1

    Préchauffez le four à 180°C.

  • Étape 2

    Hachez le chocolat et faites-le fondre avec le beurre au micro-ondes à puissance moyenne. A l’aide d’une maryse, remuez afin que le chocolat soit bien brillant.

  • Étape 3

    Placez le reste des ingrédients dans le bol d’un blender et mixez pour obtenir une préparation homogène. Incorporez le tout à la préparation chocolat et beurre.

  • Étape 4

    Beurrez vos moules à muffins et remplissez-les aux 3/4. Enfournez pour 15 minutes de cuisson. Démoulez et laissez refroidir.
