HOMOGENISING ATTACHMENT: The coarse screen can turn the machine into a blender to make delicious smoothies, or juice your vegetables and keep all the pulp in to make a soup base or cooking sauce. The Omega homogenising attachment is simple to attach to your VRT and turns your juicer into a masher which is ideal for mashing frozen fruits to make sorbet, baby food, or mashing boiled vegetables.

The augur in the VRT452 is super strong as it’s made from GE-Ultem which is recognised as being 8 times stronger than standard plastics. The juicing screen is made from stainless steel which makes cleaning easier and gives a robust environment for juicing to take place.

NUTRITIOUS JUICING: A slow RPM ensures the maximum amount of juice is retained from any type of produce. The slow speed of 70 RPM also preserves vital vitamins, minerals and enzymes, which means you get to drink more of the good stuff.

The additional benefit of using a slow speed is that little or no foaming occurs, unlike a more conventional dual gear juicer. Leafy greens can be juiced using the Omega VRT452 as long as they are combined with fruit and vegetables which are harder.

SIMPLE AND EASY CLEAN UP: Cleaning up tends to be the worst part of any kitchen activity, but the VRT 452 does the hard work for you. Once you’ve finished juicing, simply pour a glass of water in and run it through the machine to complete the self-cleaning process.

This allows rapid cleaning between juices as the juice flap gives you the ability to retain water for cleaning inside the juice container. The silicone blades carry out the majority of the work for you, however, it is still advised that you give the juicing screen a scrub to get rid of any fibre that may be stuck in the screen.
