This robust roasting tin is ideal for all types of roasts and poultry. The rack allows juices to drip off the meat for a healthier roast and ensures even cooking of the roast. Made from robust, dimensionally stable carbon steel, it is easy to clean. The removable grid allows air to circulate during cooking and fat to drip off the meat for healthier cooking. The handles allow the tin to be placed in and removed from the oven safely. The robust mould is perfect for cooking beef, lamb and pork roasts as well as whole chickens.
