The Formula Also:

- Resists clumps, smudging and flaking for up to 24 hours
How To Use:
- Swipe the multi-level bristle brush through the base of your lashes, then wiggle the wand upward to get coverage from root to tip.
- Start in the inner corner and coat each lash, moving outward to create corner-to-corner panoramic volume.
