How to Use
Cold Therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours, then apply directly to the affected area to relieve swelling and engorgement.
Hot Therapy: Microwave the gel pack according to the provided instructions, then place it on the breast to soothe plugged ducts and mastitis.
With a Breast Pump: Wrap the warm gel pack around the breast pump flange to stimulate milk flow and maximize pumping efficiency.
