This sumptuous KitchenAid Artisan 195 multifunction stand mixer incorporates all of our years of expertise to make every task child's play. Versatile multifunction pastry robot
The KitchenAid stand mixer was the first model to feature a unique “planetary movement”. But what does this actually mean? This means that its shaft rotates in one direction, while the accessory rotates in the other, for a much more even mixture. The mixer rotates with at least 59 points of contact distributed inside the bowl, so that all ingredients are perfectly mixed.
Our Color of the Year pastry robot comes with numerous accessories to allow you to create all kinds of creative menus at home. The pastry mixer has horizontal bars for cutting butter, but also works like a regular mixer for mixing and grating. You can also replace it with the included whisk for aerating, the dough hook for kneading or the flexible edge beater for stickier preparations. It comes with a spatula to make cleaning the pastry mixer easier.
Select your accessory and the appropriate speed: 1 to mix delicately, 2 to 6 to beat and obtain a creamy texture, up to 10 to whisk quickly. You can have whipped cream in less than 60 seconds (2). Impressive, right?
