Claims: Rosemary Essential Oil is best known for its antibacterial, analgesic and antiseptic  properties. It is known to boost mental activity, encourage clarity and insight due to its energizing properties, as it also relieves fatigue, and supports respiratory function. It also helps preserve the skin by promoting cellular regeneration.

For Inhalation Purposes: It is recommended that the user uses an aromatherapy diffuser for optimal results. However, the user could also use the natural diffusion phenomena by placing a drop of the essential oil on a surface and allowing it to diffuse into the air freely.

Inhalation Uses Precautions: If you experience headaches, nausea, or severe coughing during the inhalation process should seek medical attention right away.

For Topical Purposes: It is recommended that the user does not use more than two drops of essential oil directly on the skin.

Topical Uses Cautions: Try applying a small amount on the skin as a patch test before use. Stop using if any allergic reaction appears. For external use only.
