Claims: Lavender Essential Oil is best known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, analgesic and antiseptic properties. It acts as a stress reliever and helps balance the nerve and rejuvenate the mind and body due to its calming properties. It is shown that Lavender essential oil may help promote sleep and fight insomnia. It also helps preserve the skin by promoting cellular regeneration. Moreover, Lavender Essential Oil helps balance the nerves and sebum activities.

For Inhalation Purposes: It is recommended that the user uses an aromatherapy diffuser for optimal results. However, the user could also use the natural diffusion phenomena by placing a drop of the essential oil on a surface and allowing it to diffuse into the air freely.
