HEAL. Frankincense Essential Oil

Claims: Known as the king of essential oils, Frankincense essential oil promotes feelings of relaxation, peace, and overall wellness with its sweet, woody aroma as it assists peace, harmony, and meditation.  

Used topically, frankincense essential oil helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and skin imperfections such as discoloration, as it also stimulates the growth of new cells due to its astringent qualities thus used for anti-aging purposes. 

In addition, frankincense is also known for its antibacterial, antiseptic, and antioxidant qualities which help protect the skin by helping it heal from damage, reduce inflammation, and negate the effects of free radicals.

For Inhalation Purposes: For inhalation purposes, it is recommended that the user uses an aromatherapy diffuser for optimal results. However, the user could also use the natural diffusion phenomena by placing a drop of the essential oil on a surface and allowing it to diffuse into the air freely.

Inhalation Uses Precautions: If you experience headaches, nausea, or severe coughing during the inhalation process should seek medical attention right away.

For Topical Purposes: It is recommended that the user does not use more than two drops of essential oil directly on the skin.

Topical Uses Precautions: Try applying a small amount on the skin as a patch test before use. Stop using it if any allergic reaction appears. For external use only.
