The universal sharpener uses 3 hardness sharpening to get back the cutting performance of stainless steel knives :

  • A :  maintain: The ceramic stone is used as a medium sharpening for knife maintenance.
  • 1 : Coarse stone is used to repair  damage and put a rough edge on a blunt blade 
  • + 2 : The fine stone is used to polish the edge. After coarse grinding, always finish off with this fine grinding step to ensure the blade smooth and bright.
  • Re-sharp and mantain all types of stainless steel blades*

*except stainless steel serrated knives, ceramic knives nor scissors
