NCEF-REVITALIZE EYES is an eye treatment designed to correct the signs of aging in the eye area and reveal a smoother, firmer and more radiant eye contour.
Formula:
Its highly concentrated formula, rich in NCEF, a unique complex developed by FILORGA and inspired by revitalizing anti-aging injections, combines a botanical duo (Albizia julibrissin and Sigesbeckia Orientalis) to restructure the eye contour, lift the eyelid, and reactivate microcirculation, thus helping to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Peptides (4%) reinforce this overall action while smoothing the eye contour, and hyaluronic acid provides intense hydration. Finally, niacinamide (2%) targets pigmentation for a visibly smoother, brighter, and more even eye contour.
