Dalton Azelaic Acid Serum 10% is a high-concentration formula designed for skin prone to blemishes, acne, and redness. With 10% azelaic acid and antioxidant-rich green algae, this serum offers antibacterial properties that soothe redness caused by inflammation, making it perfect for couperose and rosacea-prone skin. It regulates sebum production, gently exfoliates, and unclogs pores, helping to treat, reduce, and prevent blackheads and other blemishes.
