The jar is ideal for storing preparations in brine, pickles and any other preparation that does not need to boil.
The large capacity, the important height and the new 110 mm mouth make this vessel perfect also for fermentation: these characteristics greatly facilitate the phases of filling and use of the vessel in this conservation process. Always use a new cap for each new preparation.
The jar without cap is suitable for use in the microwave, taking care not to exceed the thermal delta of 42 C. High temperature changes can in fact cause the vessel to break.
Do not use in the traditional oven and on electric/induction plates.
The jar is suitable for washing in the dishwasher while the cap must be washed by hand without detergents.
